Your new company
You will be joining the HR Ops (Shared Service team) of a global organisation based in Oxfordshire to support the busy team during a peak in their workload. There are two positions available, a shorter term role for approximately 1 month and a longer term role expected to last 3 months. The organisation work on a hybrid arrangement and are based in central Oxfordshire.
Your new role
Our client is looking for someone who can help with general first line HR queries that come into the shared inbox, process references, password resets. You will also help process workflows through SAP HR in time for payroll cut-off and to be an extra hand to help ad hoc with projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a busy HR shared service environment would be preferred and experience on SAP would be a huge benefit but is not essential. Ideally you will have CIPD Level 3 or if not, we are looking for someone with at least 12 months experience within HR Administration.
