My client are a start-up consultancy that use data to deliver transformative outcomes for global organisations. Due to their growth, they are looking for a Head of People Operations to help build and shape their culture. This opportunity will truly impact the direction of the business and work closely with senior leadership to develop their People strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement People Ops strategy that aligns with the company's mission and organisation strategy to build a high-performing culture of success, accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Support the success of the engineering culture by enabling teams to thrive
  • Act as a strategic partner to all members of the Leadership Team to influence and drive key business decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with the talent team on resource allocation and maintain a competitive approach to recruiting and attracting high-performing talent globally.
  • Advise on people programs & policies to enhance; talent attraction, retention, development, and succession planning, compliance, change management, organisational and performance improvement, benefits, and compensation.
  • Champion an open culture by promoting values and beliefs supporting collaboration, unconventional thinking, passion for excellence, and the appreciation of the diversity of thought, backgrounds, perspective, belonging, and equity.
  • Maintain People systems ensuring they work seamlessly
  • Support further evolution of the onboarding process so that the team is fully engaged

Key experience/skills:

  • Previous experience in high growth B2B technology professional services organisation
  • Focused on building a diverse and inclusive team culture that both attracts and retains the industries most exceptional talent
  • Strong people skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers, and develop, manage and inspire others
  • Any exposure to data, machine learning and the artificial intelligence space preferable but not essential
  • Ideally CIPD qualified
