A fantastic new opportunity with a global real estate developer to join their Reward team as a People Partner - Reward and Benefits on a 12-month FTC ( Mat Cover) based in London
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of the end-to-end annual compensation review and bonus processes. They will also meet with all senior leaders to review employee compensation and liaise with the Global compensation team. This is an ideal role for a motivated individual who can bring in a fresh and innovative preceptive! The role could also be considered on a part time basis. The company currently has a policy of 2-3 days in the office. The salary on offer is £75K + a 20% bonus in line with performance targets.
