Talent Development Partner - Gloucester - Hybrid role - £33k

Your new role

Reporting to the HR Director, you will work in partnership with the HRBPs, to forecast the skills profile required by the site to ensure that they continue to operate competitively and are able to deliver their customer requirements with competence.

You will be responsible for providing the tools, processes and expertise for the HRBPs to use in partnership with the company's managers to ensure effective recruitment, training and development activity

Opportunity to take the lead on all learning & development planning and delivery, including management of early talent programs.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree 2ii or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • CIPD or CTP.
  • Sound working knowledge L&D theory including TNA and its principles.
  • Experience of LMS use.
  • Ability to analyse data and draw conclusions to provide recommended action.
  • Influencing skills with the ability to provide constructive challenge where appropriate.
  • Sound project management skills and ability to plan individual and large-scale training events.
  • Experience of designing and shaping blended learning solutions across a diverse set of functions.
  • Experience of managing 3rd party training/recruitment providers.
  • Sound understanding of apprenticeships management in the UK.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR solutions which address customer issues and add value.
  • Show a commitment to CPD by keeping up to date with current affairs, industry developments and related matters.
  • Good training and facilitation skills (or be willing to learn) as well as knowledge of technology applied to learning solutions
  • Experience in commercially focused Learning and Development role
  • Experience of working in a large, global matrix organisation
