Your new role
Reporting to an experienced Head of HR and supported by a HR Advisor, this is a permanent, part-time opportunity for a HR Administrator to be based in their Southampton office.
Purpose of the role:
To provide an effective and efficient HR administrative service to the company, including assisting with both day to day tasks and specialist projects when required.
This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work between 27.5 - 30 hours / week, Monday - Friday. There is also flexibility around start / finish times to suit the successful candidate.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be CIPD qualified (Level 3 minimum) with some experience in a HR role. This position will require a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Office and strong written / numeric skills.
