Job Details
The Partner Recruiter is responsible for meeting hiring plans by filling open requisitions with talented and qualified candidates. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruiting life cycle completing at the offer process.

Description
- Lead on direct search assignments for open Partner roles within the business, utilising the supporting candidate engagement team
- Manage search and engagement process for external agencies
- Drive the candidate assessment process and ensure adequate provisioning of support to candidates and hiring partners
- Manage complex negotiations and offer processes
- Deliver against our internal mobility approach, ensure provision of internal shortlists and drive the D&I agenda
- Deliver market intelligence, mapping and insights to support business growth plans and decision making
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Ensure consistency of approach, execution and delivery across all Partner hiring and act as the point of contact for operational escalations
- Ensure the unique hiring requirements of Partner level roles are followed in line with the firm's partnership governance
- Conduct telephone or face-to-face screens
- Build and maintain hiring partner relationships, being responsible for stakeholder satisfaction within own business area
- Build and maintain candidate relationships
- Manage talent pools developing strong relationships with passive candidates
- Utilise the firm's ATS
- Maintain strong relationships across the firm's Resourcing functions to ensure full utilisation of talent pools and market intelligence
Profile
* Senior stakeholder management/collaboration and influencing skills necessary (Partner level and above)
* Ability to understand Hiring Partners' business and hiring needs and turn these into tangible solutions
* Experience developing and executing innovative Partner recruiting strategies
* Ability to headhunt and screen prospects and manage the 360 recruitment process
* Experience of directly sourcing and securing Partner level candidates
* Maintain a pool of candidates including active and passive prospects
* Experience of working to, and meeting, demanding targets and deadlines
Job Offer
- Salary Circa 90-100K
