My highly commercial and forward thinking SME client is seeking an experienced Head of HR to join their organisation on a permanent basis. The business is offering a commercial and proactive individual the opportunity to develop and grow in their career as the business continues to expand into Europe.
A proven Senior HR professional, with experience in managing and supporting both the UK and European functions, you will work closely with the board and Senior Management team to support and drive improved business performance in line with company objectives across all areas of the business. You will have overall responsibility of all people activity within the business, including recruitment, learning and development, total reward, system implementation, overseeing payroll, organisational development and employee relations.
This is a hands on role where no two days are the same and the successful candidate will be from a highly commercial and fast paced environment background and be able to demonstrate operating in a senior leadership capacity. You will possess demonstrated knowledge and experience of HR practices across Europe, particularly in country regulations, litigation management and avoidance and experience of working in a fast growth SME Company is ideal and FMCG/consumer goods is preferential. Relationship building is also key to this role, as is the ability to effectively influence key stakeholders and develop a high performance culture across the business.
Based out of their West Lancashire head office, my client is offering a salary of £70,000 - £80,000 + car allowance + bonus and a hybrid working pattern is in place.
