Client Details

The client is an SME in Coventry

Description

As Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for setting up the Recruitment function from scratch including;

  • Defining and implementing set recruitment processes
  • Supporting on large projects from a recruitment perspective
  • Working with SLT to identify current vs future talent needs
  • Developing and promoting Employer brand
  • Utilising social media to run campaigns
  • Running assessment days
  • Coach, upskill and guide hiring managers on their recruitment knowledge and skills
  • Any other initiatives/projects as identified by the successful candidate
  • Day to day recruitment

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Have a proven track record in a recruitment role
  • Experience working with Senior Leaders
  • Can operate autonomously
  • Constantly identifying areas for improvements/efficiencies
  • Strong IT skills
  • Willing to be 100% office based
