The client is an SME in Coventry
Description
As Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for setting up the Recruitment function from scratch including;
- Defining and implementing set recruitment processes
- Supporting on large projects from a recruitment perspective
- Working with SLT to identify current vs future talent needs
- Developing and promoting Employer brand
- Utilising social media to run campaigns
- Running assessment days
- Coach, upskill and guide hiring managers on their recruitment knowledge and skills
- Any other initiatives/projects as identified by the successful candidate
- Day to day recruitment
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have a proven track record in a recruitment role
- Experience working with Senior Leaders
- Can operate autonomously
- Constantly identifying areas for improvements/efficiencies
- Strong IT skills
- Willing to be 100% office based
