Diversity & Inclusion Advisor

My client is one of the world's largest independent financial advisory groups. They provide M&A, strategy and financing advice, as well as investment and wealth management solutions to large institutions, families, individuals and governments, worldwide.

Overview of this role and the team:

I am partnering with them to find a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor to join the team in London on a permeant basis. The team consisting of a Lead, a Specialist, and an Analyst, are all responsible for managing and executing initiatives which support the Group's balance and inclusion strategy using the following three core levers which together, give the best chance of leading to sustained cultural change: 1. Attract and recruit 2. Retain and engage 3. Developing and progressing the business is committed to creating a balanced, inclusive, and supportive environment where diversity and difference are valued and respected. It's up to all of them to make this happen.

This exciting and varied role will see you join the Human Resources division where you will be part of the team. You will get fantastic exposure to people at all levels, 2 Internal across several different business areas, as well as having the opportunity to build relationships externally. In this role, you will manage and execute your own stream of work, as well as support the team's Lead and Specialist.

Requirements of the role:

• Degree level education (or equivalent)
• 3-4 years' experience within Human Resources with knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion
• Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills - to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels both internally and externally
