The client is in the Public Sector
Description
As Senior HR BP you will be responsible for;
- Support a designated region/area of the business from an HR perspective
- Partner with Leaders across the business to provide expert advice guidance and support on HR related matters
- Coaching and influencing leaders across the business
- Support with project work
- Deliver key people initiatives around Pay/Reward, ER and Workforce planning
- Support Head of HR in delivery of People Strategy across region
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- CIPD L7 qualified ideally or QBE
- Credible and comfortable working with Directors and SLT
- Proven track record and exposure to Pay and Reward projects
- Sound and up to date Employment Law knowledge
- ideally from a Public Sector/NFP background
- have operated at a senior level previously
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate;
- Competitive salary c. 44-51k
- Hybrid working 2-3 days in the office
- Flexible working in terms of hours etc
- Occasional travel to London
- Good pension
