Oakleaf Partnership are working with an excellent leisure business based in Chester. This role will be office based three days a week with the remainder from home, there is flexibility here for the right candidate. This is an exciting HR Business Partner opportunity, and the role will be part of the leadership team leading on the design and implementation of the people plan for the business. There is career progression to a Head of People and Culture position within the organisation. This role will manage a team of two HR professionals and be part of their exciting growth journey.
Our client is looking for an experience, results driven HR Business Partner who can deliver the people agenda, embed the people plans through a range of initiatives which manage recruitment, people development, engagement, and wellbeing. The HR Business Partner will develop solutions and put your own stamp on people processes in the business and be part of the change journey the business is going through.
Responsibility:
- Evolve, develop and embed people plans
- Work as part of the leadership team to ensure the people agenda is aligned to the strategic priorities
- Enhance capabilities and ensure there are strong people management, attraction, selection, talent and succession plans and retention
- Lead on the operational delivery including performance management, reward, recognition and talent
