I am working with a growing and reputable investment Management firm in their search for an HR Operations Administrator initially on a 12 month fixed term basis with the strong possibility to go permanent due to positive growth and work levels. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and dynamic HR Administrator to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively working across the employee lifecycle
  • Take ownership of onboarding processes including; background checks, updating Workday HRIS, communication to all new starters.
  • Benefits administration for all employees
  • First point of contact for HR queries monitoring the central HR enquiries mailbox
  • Updating staff records and maintaining confidential filing on the HRIS
  • Drafting contracts and letters for new starters, changes in employment etc.
  • Assisting with recruitment: coordination of interviews & video conferences
  • Ad hoc HR projects

Key Skills:

  • 2-3 years experience in HR administration with good knowledge of HR policy and procedure
  • A high quality of client service to face off to the business and build relationships
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment; high sense of urgency
  • Confident, engaging and personable communication style
  • Desire to improve and learn in a role
