Are you a strong HR and ER professional, looking for an opportunity to be part of a global business?
This role will be ideal for someone who loves building relationships across all levels within the business, and has the confidence to work autonomously and hit the ground running with minimal support.
This role will cover a number of sites in the North, splitting your time across your closest office and visiting key stakeholders at other sites, with a day a week working from home.
Duties include:
·Provide professional advice and guidance on disciplinary and welfare cases, capability, grievance, and coaching managers where appropriate
·Effective case management of people related issues such as: disciplinaries, performance management, employment tribunals, grievance and absence management
·Developing effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organisation
·Monitoring trends in employment practices and advising on appropriate proactive action
·Support the wider HR team in HR projects in particular around Engagement & wellbeing
·CIPD level 5 qualified.
·3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role.
·Strong HR / ER background.
·Ability to prioritise.
·Accuracy.
·Strong accountability and drive to deliver.
·Coaching and facilitation skills.
·Good organisational skills and ability to act on own initiative.
·IT and analytical skills.
·Verbal / written communication skills.
·CIPD level 5 qualified.
·3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role.
