A 12 month Reward Specialist role based in the South East pays c£250 per day with a focus on the Irish market

A global Automotive brand with an established UK&I business with a flagship office in Farnborough. For this role, you will be able to work remotely, with occasional visits to head office.
Your new role
As Reward Specialist, you will have a full focus on the Irish business, analysing and implemented a modernised, suitable and effective reward offering to the local employee group in line with local legislation and alignments.
Reporting into group, you will have autonomy in the development processes, ensuring that group policy is aligned and adhered to during the analysis and development of any changes to the reward offering.
Your duties will include:
- Leading implementation activities
- Developing future proof proposals
- Planning and management of review cycles
- Benchmarking processes
- Data management and report development for the SMT
- Enhancing the job evaluation process
- Driving harmonisation activities across business groups
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience with an exacting focus on the Irish marketplace. You will be an experienced and effective Reward Analyst with the ability to carry concept through to completion. You will be autonomous and aware of overarching limitations and structures.
You will be a great relationship builder who is empathetic and culturally aware, whilst also being able to convey developments and offering changes effectively.
What you'll get in return
c£250 per day, with remote working for at least 12 months.
