The position of People Business Partner will involve:
- Supporting senior management with all things people related
- Driving change through strategy implementation
- Overseeing ER matters
- Supporting on performance management process
- Continuously looking to improve how the business connects to it's employees
- Occasional travel throughout UK and Europe
Profile
The ideal candidate for the position of People Business Partner will:
- Have solid HRBP experience
- Thrive in a fast paced, growing business
- Have an open communication style
- Have strong ER skills
- Have experience working in industrial / logistics / manufacturing environment
- Be fluent in English and French
