A Workforce Planning and Systems Lead job, pays up to £45,000 pa DOE for an initial contract of 4 months.

A leading Government organisation in the heart of Woking. Due to increased workflow and team reorganisation, an interim Workforce Planning and Systems Lead is required for an initial period of 4 months, with potential for extension.
Your new role
Reporting to the Workforce Information Partner, you will be responsible for providing support to the People Service team and the wider organisation in terms of workforce information, ESR and associated systems. You will be responsible for providing a high quality workforce development and information service to colleagues and the Organisation.
You will be responsible for ad-hoc reporting for board meetings and other reports, ensuring continuous improvement of data and format to match business requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all system functionality relating to workforce metrics and indicators are maintained effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience using ESR within an NHS environment. You must be experienced in a Workforce planning capacity within the NHS.
