Your new role

  • End-to-end benefits management for EMEA, service as primary contact with providers and brokers.
  • Reconcile and process benefits invoices in partnership with EMEA Finance.
  • Partner with broker and/or provider to resolve employee benefits queries and issues.
  • Administer employee leaves (parental, medical, etc.)
  • Manage annual renewals and open enrolment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience with Workday a plus.
  • EMEA experience. (UK, Netherlands, France or Italy)
  • Previous experience engaging with brokers
