We are seeking a strategic thinker with strong execution capability to play a key role in the Digital Learning & OD team which is in turn an enabler of the company's multi year digital transformation .

This role will be a key advisor to and support for regional and functional HR teams in creating the processes and capabilities required to ensure the company has suitable talent in place to deliver on new digital roles.

The company's products, which are used in nearly every major industry, include pressure-sensitive materials for labels and graphic applications; tapes and other bonding solutions for industrial, medical, and retail applications; tags, labels and embellishments for apparel; and radio frequency identification (RFID) solutions serving retail apparel and other markets. Headquartered in the US, the company employs more than 35,000 employees in more than 50 countries.


  • Bringing external best practice perspectives in supporting the process of developing and implementing a suitable digital competency model
  • Working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure best practice in designing and implementing a digital competency framework
  • Building and managing the process of creating agreed Success Profiles and for key global digital roles
  • Facilitating global regional and functional HR/L&OD leaders and their teams to design, develop and implement a global digital learning curriculum
  • Supporting the competency development process beyond formal training based enablers (eg experiences, coaching, and so on) as well as selection processes for identifying and assessing suitable internal and external candidates for key digital roles
  • Partnering with the global Digital Transformation PMO to connect this program with all other digital initiatives


  • Minimum 8 years of experience in related HR, learning and development roles
  • Solid track record of leading competency development projects in a HRBP and or L&OD corporate role or in a consulting/advisory capacity
  • Ability to work effectively with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker, energised by the challenge of designing new process as well as improvements to existing ones
  • Apparel and related industry experience preferred
  • High energy, passion for excellence, bias for action
  • Effective interpersonal skills (in-person and remotely)
  • Self starter with ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer skills: Google Suite familiarity valuable but not essential
