An HRBP job in Woking, paying up to £45,000 pa supporting a leading Public Sector organisation.

Your new company
A leading Public Sector organisation in the heart of Woking. Due to increased workload, an HRBP is required on an initial interim basis, with the potential for a permanent role in the future.

Your new role
Reporting to the People Director and acting as a trusted, credible partner, you will help drive the successful implementation of the People strategy, planning an agenda in your Business Unit through coaching,
challenging and influencing senior stakeholders.

You will use your operational and strategic knowledge of your Business Unit to provide feedback, lessons learnt and insight to the wider People Services teams to support the continuous improvement of People plans, ways of working, future initiatives and policy framework.

You will use a variety of coaching and influencing skills, and provide challenge as appropriate, to help support the development and delivery of local plans and initiatives which are aligned to the broader People and Corporate strategies and drive positive and measurable improvements. You will understand and provide the knowledge of all workforce key performance indicators within the designated Business Unit and identify any trends, patterns and data analysis on workforce activity such as employee relations activity, appraisals, training, attendance, bank and agency spend, recruitment and retention.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience in a Public Sector Business Partnering role. You will be approachable, pragmatic and results focused.
