The Opportunity
An education provider is active in their search for an experienced and well-rounded HR Generalist (People Advisor title for their business)
Role: Permanent
Location - West London - Shepherds Bush
Salary £35.000 to £40.000 depending on experience
Mondays & Wednesdays in the office, other days are WFH

Key Activities
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with the People Business Partners
Manage ER and case management
Provide support to People Business Partner with effective delivery and reporting on performance management appraisal processes
Providing first line HR support in line with policies and according to own ER knowledge. Including note taking, preparing letters and advising during meetings
Support Business Partner with restructures and TUPE transfer processes


About you
Notable experience working within a generalist HR function
Experience with leading and managing ER casework
Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the ACAS Code and statutory UK employment laws
CIPD qualified - Level 5 as a minimum
