Description
As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for;
- End to end recruitment of senior level hires
- Partner with SLT to identify current and future talent needs
- proactive talent pipe lining
- Campaign recruitment across multiple divisions
- Project Management
- Supporting on wider projects around; early careers, EVP, careers website, social media branding etc
- Work closely with Recruitment and HR Teams
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have a proven track record in Recruitment/TA role previously
- Preferably with in house experience
- Experience managing projects/large campaigns
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proactive approach to recruitment
- Experience recruiting senior level roles
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate;
- Permanent role, salary c. 40-45,000 p/a
- Hybrid role, office location in Birmingham City Centre
