Interim Leadership and Development Manager

Client Details

The client is in the NFP sector


As Interim Leadership Development Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Work closely with the HRD to establish what leadership development should look like in the organisation
  • Lead in the design and implementation of leadership development programmes across different levels
  • Scope out external providers and project manage the procurement of supplier to deliver the programme
  • Support wider HR team with any other people projects as required


The successful candidate will;

  • Have a proven track record in the design and implementation of leadership development programmes and leadership capability frameworks
  • F/MCIPD qualification or leadership qualification
  • Coaching and influencing approach
  • Proven track record working alongside C Suite leaders
  • Collaborative working style
  • Able to start within 2-4 weeks

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate is ;

  • Initial 6 month project
  • Competitive FTC or day rate (day rate will be inside IR35)
  • Hybrid working (1-2 days in the office per week)
