The client is in the Public Sector

Description

As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for;

  • Reporting to the Head of Recruitment and working closely with hiring managers to recruit high volume of roles
  • End to end recruitment for Corporate and Operations roles
  • Develop Employer brand across multiple platforms
  • Work closely with HR BP, Reward and Systems and Admin teams to improve Recruitment and Onboarding process

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Have a proven track record in recruitment roles
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in internal recruitment

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate;

  • 35 hour week
  • 30 days AL + BHs
  • Competitive salary up to £42,000
  • 6% matched pension
  • Discounts on Training and Development opportunities
  • Hybrid working - this role is predominantly home based with occasional travel to sites in Birmingham, Nottingham or Manchester
