Description
As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for;
- Reporting to the Head of Recruitment and working closely with hiring managers to recruit high volume of roles
- End to end recruitment for Corporate and Operations roles
- Develop Employer brand across multiple platforms
- Work closely with HR BP, Reward and Systems and Admin teams to improve Recruitment and Onboarding process
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have a proven track record in recruitment roles
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in internal recruitment
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate;
- 35 hour week
- 30 days AL + BHs
- Competitive salary up to £42,000
- 6% matched pension
- Discounts on Training and Development opportunities
- Hybrid working - this role is predominantly home based with occasional travel to sites in Birmingham, Nottingham or Manchester
