Ashley Kate are excited to be supporting our UK wide client in seeking a Workforce Development Manager to join their busy HR function in this new role! This is a permanent role based from their Lymm office with 1 day a week working from home. You will be joining a busy HR & Recruitment team, working with a fantastic group of people within a fast paced sector! Our client have a number of sites across the UK, and employ approx 350. They are growing! Making this is a fantastic time to join them.
About the role
This candidate will work closely with the HR Manager and manage a Training officer. The company are passionate about engagement and retention, which will be key focus areas for the Workforce Development Manager in their role, as well as promoting good leadership practice. The poost holder will work closely with senior stakeholders in identifying areas of improvements, and analysing training needs, in particular around engagement and culture. IN addition to, they will lead in projects such as developing career development programmes, Lead workforcestrategy planning and support and lead a new digital system implementation.
Stakeholder relationship management is key in this role as you will work very closely with the hiring managers to ensure learning needs are met across this growing business. This is an exciting and fast paced role!
