The opportunity:

My professional services client is on the search for an L&D assistant to join their business and become an integrated part of the team.

Main Responsibilities:

*Scheduling, organising and providing administrative support
*Setting up virtual training sessions
*End to end coordination of the trainee professional skills course securing dates with trainers, advertising sessions, managing trainee induction and tracking progress of trainees to ensure they meet requirements
*Management of all administrative tasks in the learning management system (LMS) ensuring training records are up to date, attendance is recorded and videos have been edited and uploaded
*Being an LMS "super user" in order to troubleshoot any system related issues, generate reports and train new users
*Management of the L&D shared inboxes and a busy L&D calendar
*Liaising with internal/external trainers to arrange suitable dates for delivery of training sessions
*Supporting internal/external trainers to deliver virtual training sessions, ensuring that the technology runs smoothly and assisting with breakout rooms. Providing support/technical demonstrations beforehand as required
*Keep the L&D intranet pages updated
*Generate joiners/leavers report
*Keep sponsorship agreements spreadsheet updated
*Provide regulatory/compliance support to L&D Manager
*Support the production of the quarterly L&D dashboard
*Dealing with queries from colleagues around the firm in a timely manner
*Liaising with other business services colleagues, such as the marketing team to create L&D related infographics and materials
*Providing support to all members of the L&D team
*Managing and continuously improving administrative L&D processes

Key Skills Required:

*Excellent administrative, organisational, planning and coordination skills
*Strong IT and systems' skills and experience in using a Learning Management System is highly desirable
*Proactive, energetic and can-do in approach.
*Strong eye for detail
*Good verbal and written communication skills
*Excellent relationship building/interpersonal skills
*Ability to prioritise, manage and complete multiple tasks from a variety of people - working with others and on own tasks
*Collaborative and a team player
*Ideally worked within the professional services industry
