Our Utilities client is recruiting an Early Careers Lead to join their head office team in Worthing.

Your new role
As an Early Careers Lead you will be the subject matter expert for apprenticeships, internships, graduates and work experience placements across the organisation which will involved liaising and engaging with managers and dealing with early careers requests in a timely manner. Being part of the Talent Development team within HR, your role will be key for an effective delivery of fresh talents to the organisation via both apprenticeship and graduate development pathways.

You will own, lead and manage the delivery of the Earl Years Careers Programmes proactively, working collaboratively with education establishments and attending relevant networking events.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have strong knowledge of apprenticeship programmes and networks with an understanding of apprenticeships, internships, work experience placements and graduate programmes. You must be driven and a passionate self-starter with excellent attention to detail and an ambition to develop and succeed in the new challenges.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be entitled to a salary of Circa £33,000 plus hybrid working, 25 days holiday, company & performance related bonus, generous pension, health benefits and Perkbox benefits.
