The key focus of this role will be to support the effective reward strategy to successfully attract, retain and motivate people within the organisation. You will manage the compensation life cycle for and provide additional support for benefits, HR systems, global mobility, performance, and special projects.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited:

*Provide comprehensive reward support for salary review, bonus proposal, market benchmarking, incentive schemes, policies, processes, and data reports.
*Carry out bespoke salary and benefits market analysis to continually review and recommend changes so the company remains competitive, appropriate, relevant, inclusive, and meets legislative requirements.
*Support the plan set up and administration of global benefits for all offices including medical, dental, vision, life/accident/disability insurance, EAP, and wellness initiatives.
*Manage administrative tasks for compensation systems, responding to user requests, liaising with IT and other stakeholders
*Produce compensation management reports.
*Work collaboratively with HR, business leaders and 3rd party vendors.
*Managing vendor support, relationships, and adherence to service level agreements.

Key Requirements:

*Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate management information
*Highly motivated, keen to work hard, and develop within the rewards/ HR
*Experience working in a professional or financial services is ideal and experience of working in a fast-paced environment is a must
*Bachelor's degree required
*Experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation Module ideal
*High level numerical & analytical skills
*Demonstrated strong business acumen, operational skills, and successful centre of excellence partnership with stakeholders at all levels.
*Experience with market-based pay structures and participating in salary surveys.
*Proactive and diligent, with excellent attention to detail.
*Autonomous and highly organized
