Oakleaf Partnership are working with a UK FTSE 100 organisation who have an opportunity for a Senior Reward Manager to join the team in London.

Reporting into the Head of Compensation, your responsibilities will include:

* Taking ownership for a number of areas of reward including; pay review, salary banding and designing salary structures
* Analysing bonus schemes, ensuring they are competitive with the market and looking to develop them when required
* Working closely with trade unions
* Supporting and advising a range senior stakeholders and business partners across the business on all reward matters

We are looking for someone with a strong background in compensation, who has worked with senior stakeholders and is able to think strategically.
