HR and Learning & Development Administrator - 12 Month FTC
Your new company
We are excited to work with a top accountancy firm, based in London. Their HR team are currently going through a transformation project, and they are now hoping to expand their team with HR and L&D professionals.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be working with the L&D team, assisting them with both technical, compliance and IT learning, whilst also supporting the HR team. You are expected to complete tasks such as; updating the employee handbook, supporting your team to ensure all records are up-to-date, coordinating the CPD process for the firm, developing templates for correspondence, ER processes, and much more.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working within Admin, HR or L&D
- Highly organised, outgoing individual
