We are excited to work with a top accountancy firm, based in London. Their HR team are currently going through a transformation project, and they are now hoping to expand their team with HR and L&D professionals.
Your new role
In your new position, you will be managing the L&D strategies needed to produce relevant training to employees. You will be designing and facilitating management training programmes and working alongside the Talent team to ensure all development and feedback is monitored.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience writing and delivering training content for both behavioural and professional management
- Proven management experience within L&D
- Comfortable with producing and managing budgets
