Content Curator - Learning and Development - Permanent
Your new company
We are excited to work with a top accountancy firm, based in London. Their HR team are currently going through a transformation project, and they are now hoping to expand their team with HR and L&D professionals.
Your new role
In this role, you will be creating learning outcomes of which will bring the L&D strategy to life and really engage your team. You will be expected to understand the company's training needs and from this will create a modern and sustainable L&D strategy to progress the entire L&D function within the company.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven management experience within L&D
- Creative mindset around L&D
- Comfortable working around both the technical and design aspects of Learning and Development
