Are you a recent or a soon-to-be Graduate looking to kick-start your career in HR? I have a great opportunity for Talent Acquisition Administrator to join my client's professional services organisation

The key purpose of the role will be to support the business throughout the hiring process by helping to identify, attract, and select the very best talent in the market. You will be an ambassador in the candidate experience ensuring that everyone has a fair and seamless experience. You will work directly with the HR team, taking responsibility for sourcing and onboarding.

Key Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to

*Providing full recruitment administration support to the TA function
*Using screening techniques, assessing the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
*Diary coordination with various hiring and HR managers for interviews
*Keeping the ATS system up to date as candidates progress through the recruitment process
*Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
*Acting as point of contact for candidates on the progress of their application
*Supporting and coordinating candidate events such as assessment centres, on-campus activities recruitment talks, visits and conferences and preparing materials and equipment for them
*Managing external recruitment support platforms with posting and advertising positions
*Advertising new roles internally using internal communication channels
*Utilising social media platforms for attraction and advertising methods
*Creating and issuing employment paperwork including offer. letters and contracts of employment
*Managing the recruitment/careers inbox and answering any external queries
*General administration support to the wider HR team, when required

Key Requirements

*Education to degree level or equivalent is essential, ideally in Human Resources Management or Psychology
*Some previous experience in an in-house recruitment administration or with an agency is desirable
*Genuine interest in the recruitment industry
*Excellent current knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
*Pro-active and a quick learner
