Macmillan Davies are looking to attract a Resourcing Partner to fully support the recruitment strategy of a leading energy supplier, across the UK, and Western Europe.
This global energy business, is presently going through an exciting transition which includes re branding and investment in technology, which requires the support of this newly created role based in the Manchester office on a hybrid arrangement.
About the role
The role is a true business partnering role, working closely with the leadership team and heads of departments, supporting the company's growth plans, along with the opportunity to coach and mentor one other individual. The role will be accountable for:
*Building relationships with stakeholders, gaining trust and the ability to influence
*Ensure recruitment & selection is in line with employment legislation
*Work with leaders of the business to promote the re-brand and develop employer brand
*Assist the maintenance & development of a high performing culture
*Creating innovative ways to attract, and engage with new talent
*Develop recruitment forecasts across all regional offices
*Support and coach a small team to achieve business goals
*Analyse and identify business trends relating to recruitment, providing solutions address trends
*Provide accurate and timely data analysis and reporting on recruitment activity
About you
This role is suited to someone who is open minded and ready to take on a new and exciting role with a company ready to take on a new journey. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate:
*A breadth of recruitment experience gained within Head Office (including tech) hires
*Passion for Employer Branding
*UK and ideally overseas (European) end to end recruitment
*Experience coaching and developing a small team
*The ability to develop strong relationships, and the skills to influence and lead
*An eye for data and reporting
*Able to spend half the working week in Manchester
