Job Details

HRBP required for a exciting and prestigious national business based near Goole. This is a true business partnering role where you will be working closely with Business leaders to implement the business strategy from a people perspective.

The role offers hybrid working and flexibility with the office being located near Goole so easily commutable from Selby, Hull, Howden, Wakefield, Leeds, York and surrounding areas.

  • A proactive HRBP role where you will be partnering key business leaders
  • Implementing the people business strategy
  • Collating and analysis people data and metrics to drive decision making and change
  • Be proactive and identify new initiatives as well as continuous improvement
  • Working with the department managers review organisational design to deliver short, medium and longer-term objectives
  • Partnering the business leaders in terms of all aspects of ER


  • An experienced HR professional who is used to partnering with business leaders
  • A proactive experienced HRBP who is looking to do more than just reactive ER
