A highly desirable Snr HRBP role is now available with the pension fund of a major FTSE 100 business. The pension fund is circa 100 people strong and has over £30bn invested in it and is one of the largest in the UK.

This is a brilliant role that requires an experienced HRBP with a strong Financial Services background that has previous pensions or pensions fund experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities (as detailed below) up to and including Board level stakeholder management and coaching.

  • Strong experience / working knowledge of pension funds - this could be working for a fund themselves, having a fund as a client group or working on overseeing pensions from a wider leadership perspective
  • Proven HRBP experience across the employee lifecycle
  • Track record of strategic partnering and coaching
  • Able to act as a key member of the Leadership Team
  • Ability to interact at Board and Committee level
  • Super stakeholder management skills
  • A role model or ambassador of the business' values
  • Effective coaching skills
  • Can communicate at all levels effectively
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Can develop proactive proposals in line with strategic goals
