An investment management business based in central/west London now has a unique HRBP role available that is generalist but also has a focus towards compensation, benefits and MI. The business has approximately 1000 staff globally and their UK/EMEA operations are smaller consisting of 130 people in 7 regions and you would be part of a HR team of three.
The role will provide support to the Head of HR EMEA in the provision of guidance and advice on a day to day basis to employees and managers on HR matters, guidance including on compensation & benefits matters and will also suggest improvements and/or innovations that may be implemented by HR for the benefit of the company across the EMEA regions.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong Financial Services background who has can do attitude, is happy to work in a small team that gets involved with everything and who is strong in aspects of compensation and benefits.
