The HR Projects Manager role will be incredibly varied, working through a variety of work streams all geared towards a progressive and positive change agenda.
Client Details
The organisation are a robust, unionised and specialist engineering business so ideally you will have experience of a similar working environment. Based in Sheffield, you will need to be able to be primarily site based, integrated and working alongside your customer group to take them along the change journey with you.
Description
The HR Projects Manager role will support the HRD in the design and delivery of transformational projects across the following areas:
- Values and purpose
- D&I
- Employee communication and engagement
- CSR and employer branding in the local community
- Employee wellbeing
- Policy review to support modernisation of working practices
- Reward and recognition review
- Cultural change and development
Profile
The successful candidate will be up for the challenge! Have strong projects and transformational experience with proven examples of managing people and people initiatives. Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
HR qualifications and ideally qualifications in project management
Strong analytical experience
Excellent senior stakeholder experience
Full employee lifecycle experience at a strategic and senior level
Extensive examples of leading, designing and delivering change
Job Offer
The HR Projects manager role is a 18-24 month contract initially but could extend beyond that.
There is a competitive salary on offer of £65-80K
