Our commercial client based in Guildford is a fast-growing SME organisation with a huge purpose within the field of the environment and sustainability. Their company culture is at the very heart of their business. They have grown from 50 employees last summer to 120 in a year, with ambitions to reach 160 by the end of this year. This is truly a remarkable time for them. With this in mind and as they continue on this period of high growth, they are seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their HR team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the HR Manager you will benefit from working within the SME market, our client isn't driven by presenteeism, and they are very open to full or part time for this role and will offer flexible working and of course hybrid working is a given.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an internal talent specialist to really make their mark in this role, to own it!
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the full recruitment process across the business and will have the relevant previous experience and be granted the time and support to focus on sourcing the best possible candidates for a variety of roles, as our client continues to grow and expand as a business.
You will join an ambitious team, working closely with managers, directors and stakeholders from different sectors and all over the business to ensure they are delivering a first-class recruitment and onboarding experience.
You will maintain and manage their ATS system, develop talent pools across departments and work with the HR team to develop their Diversity and Inclusion Policy. You will also be responsible for coordinating talent events and driving high candidate and employee engagement. This role will also manage the organisations early careers portfolio.
Our client is seeking an individual with in-house recruitment experience, a candidate that is looking to own the process in both strategic and operational capacity. You will work with key stakeholders in the business supporting them for their key roles. Experience of early careers is an advantage but most of all bringing your experience to add value and passion to our clients business.
Salary £35,000-£45,000, life assurance, pension, private medical, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, enhanced flexible family policies, cycle to work scheme.
