Your new company
Our utilities client is recruiting 2 x L&D trainer positions as part of the expansion of the current L&D team. You will be joining a team of 11 other professionals on a permanent of 6 month FTC basis.
Your new role
As a L&D Trainer, you will Design and Deliver a wide range of Training to employees from Technical to Health and Safety and softer skills to support the employee learning journey from onboarding to progression once you are in post using a variety of methods such as classroom, coaching and E-learning and ensure diversity and inclusion and negotiate business needs with internal stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have previous experience as an L&D trainer whilst being organised and proactive in your approach to work and be confident communicator with excellent presentation skills and a passion for designing creative & fun ways to learn. You will be able to work autonomously when needed have a full driving licence and car and be able to travel to sites to deliver training when needed.
What you'll get in return
