The People Partner will report into the People Director and work alongside regional People Partners to review the strategic needs of the business, deliver the company-wide People strategy and implement creative and innovative HR solutions to improve business outcomes.

My client is a global organisation providing services and people solutions within the logistics industry. This organisation is going through an exciting period of change, and is seeking an operational People Partner to join their Northwest regional team.
Description
This is an exciting hands-on and fast-paced role, an opportunity to join a growing HR Team and to support the HR needs of the relevant business unit. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting managers across the business unit by ensuring all HR data, procedures and processes are effectively managed and delivered.
The People Partner will support with a gap analysis of HR processes and procedures, and identify long-term solutions, as well as provide support on projects and complex cases, leading and taking ownership as appropriate
The role will entail the provision of advice and guidance to the management team on all elements of HR including:
Profile
The ideal candidate will currently be operating in an operational business partnering capacity, within a fast-paced unionised industry such as logistics or manufacturing.
The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience in;
- Performance management and leadership coaching
- Complex employee relations
- Supporting and implementing engagement, recruitment and retention strategies
- Strong stakeholder management at all levels, across corporate and non-corporate settings
- Reviewing and implementing policies and procedures
Job Offer
The role has a Northwest remit and as such the ideal candidate will be able to travel between Liverpool and Manchester when required, and will be able to work from home when not in the officeSalary up to £45,000 and benefits
