Exciting opportunity for a HR Adviser to join an award winning Fintech company who are one of the fastest growing companies in Europe with their field. The company has around 450 employees in which this HR Adviser will be supporting. They offer a hybrid way of working with a minimum of 2 days in their Manchester City centre office. My client prides itself in getting the best out of its people and have a dedicated people experience team that focus on making your time as fun and beneficial as possible.

Your new job

In your new role as HR Adviser, you will provide a competent HR service to all employees including Team Leaders and Managers. You will be responsible for coaching and advising line managers on Employee Relations matters, monitor performance and absence's, Data reporting as well as any other day to day administration. This role requires strong employee relations experience and for you to have a full understanding of current employment legislation. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills is needed for you to be successful in this role. You must also have an adaptable attitude, be able to use your own initiative and have excellent problem-solving skills. What you'll need to succeed

- Experience dealing with a varied complexity of ER casework
- Strong communications skills
- Problem solving skills
- Working towards a CIPD qualification/CIPD qualification
- High level of attention to detail
