This global Professional Services firm is seeking an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to manage a small team as well as manage circa 50 search mandates yearly. You will be part of a Talent Acquisition function that is growing and is part of an HR transformation.

- Work with the TA Director of improving the strategy & attraction methodology
- Recruitment technologies
- Managing a team that looks after UK & international hires
- Manage circa 50 search mandates per year
- Executive stakeholder management
- Process efficiencies & optimisation
- D&I focus
- Work closely with the research team

- Financial or Professional Services
- Executive in-house Search experience with past experience of volume hiring
- Strong presentation experience & putting decks together
