Your new role
This organisation is looking to recruit a new role of a dedicated Recruiter / Talent Acquisition for a newly acquired part of the business.

This role will work alongside other Recruiters, supporting the Group Head of Recruitment, working in a job share alongside 1 other. Being part of a busy and lively recruitment team, you will focus on developing a comprehensive and strategic recruitment service and direct hire recruitment model.

The focus will be on providing an excellent service for hiring managers, high quality candidate experience, building the employer brand and demonstrating savings against current recruitment costs

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in the full range of recruitment/resourcing/talent acquisition duties, with experience of ATS systems, online jobs boards and LinkedIn and a variety of social media platforms.
You will be a self-starter and highly motivated as this role is hybrid based - 3 days in the office/ 2 WFH - Lincoln site mainly, with some site visits to Retford (HR base) on the South Yorkshire / North Nottinghamshire border - where the Recruitment team sit - and site visit to the North East and North West.
