A HR Operations and Systems Manager to support on the development and improve of the efficiency of the HR system, for a global private education company, based in London.

Description

A HR Operations and Systems Manager to:

- Be responsible for the global HR Operations system (SAP)

- Enhance the integration of the system

- Be very hands on

- Be the first point all contact for system queries

- Work with local HR teams to map out processes and long term improvements

- Manage the global HR system and tools (maintenance, and functionality improvements)

- Optimise Success Factors

- Improve user experience

- Drive efficiency's through optimisation of the system

- Provide training to employees on the HR system and processes

Profile

A HR Operations and Systems Manager:

- Global experience desirable

- Flexible on background

- With experience in developing HR practices and processes

- Driven, proactive and resilient

- Success Factors experience desirable

- Experience of creating user guides and training materials

Job Offer
