The HR Business Analyst needs someone who has the ability to process model effectively, can develop relationships and manage key stakeholders effectively and has experience in continuous improvement initiatives. The role will also need a strong understanding of project structures and governance.

To be successful you will need to be a proven Business Analyst with an interest in working closely with senior management and the HR team on global projects.
