Regional HR Business Partner (South West Region) £Excellent + Car, Bonus and Benefits
This well-known and market leading organisation is recruiting for a Regional HR Business Partner to cover their South West region. As part of a large and very busy HR team this role offers a good deal of autonomy as well as the chance to build strong and effective relationships with key Regional and Operational Managers.

The role will require regular travel across the region and a home base somewhere around Bristol/Swindon would work well.

As HR BP for the South West you will Partner the Regional and Area Managers to drive employee engagement and deliver the HR strategy across your region. You key responsibilities will include the following

 

  • Taking a lead on succession planning, talent and performance management across your region
  • Developing and delivering proactive people plans
  • Advising operational managers on HR issues and working with them to improve their management capabilities.
  • Identify HR issues across your region and provide positive, business focused solutions.
  • Recruiting management level colleagues in your region with a strong emphasis on internal talent pathways

To be a success in this role you will have proven experience as a HR Manager or Business Partner within a large, geographically dispersed, very commercial business, ideally within retail or hospitality. You will have the ability to influence and manage at all levels and be an inspirational leader. You will thrive in a fast paced, growing and progressive environment and be looking to add value every day.
