A well-known higher education institution in London is looking for a HR Business Partner to join them, supporting a particular client group on generalist HR issues and supporting strategically. The role is based in London, with the view to go permanent.

London based - 2 days a week in the office
Description
A HR Business Partner to:
- Support a client group of 650 people
- Provide support to multiple stakeholders
- Manage some employee relations cases only for the first 6 months
- Provide strategic direction and support
- Some projects include looking at retention, performance management, people planning and team dynamics
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the business, establishing trust and credibility
- Coaching managers on generalist HR issues
Profile
An experienced HR Business Partner who:
- Has worked for a matrix organisation
- Ability to work strategically and support the client group
- Has a not-for-profit background desirable
Job Offer
