The People & Culture Manager will join a busy HR function, leading a team in providing an excellent HR service to a diverse range of employees across their company.
The role of People & Culture manager will lead their team in striving for excellence, manage complex situations, develop policies and process, and support the Head of HR in executing key HR projects.
This will involve growth projects, engagement and the day to day management of the function. You will manage key stakeholder relationships across the whole business, adapting to a diverse workforce, with a coaching approach and communication style.
To be considered you will be an experienced HR Generalist Manager, Level 7 CIPD qualified ideally or working towards, who has experience of managing an established team of HR Advisors. You will be passionate about people, live and breath strong values and strive to lead they way in, embracing a fast paced environment!
