We are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner, looking after a population of 600. This organisation has an incredibly strong HR culture, where all significant decisions made are done so through the people lens.
This role will be a standalone role and will likely start with a 70/30 operational strategic focus, it is expected that this will switch over time to 30 Operational 70 Strategic.
The organisation is constantly evolving which means someone who is adept at change will thrive here. You will be part of the site leadership team, dealing with a strong site leader. Experience of working with trade unions will be advantageous. There is considerable opportunity for progression in this organisation, and the roles they offer tend to have large remits for you to develop your skill set.

Your direct line manager is incredibly supportive, and actually has worked in this role previously. Due to the nature of the role and the environment you will be working in there is the expectation that you will be in the office 3 days per week.
